Hi Curios,

Depending on when you joined us, your counselor will most likely adhere to the above testing timeline in order to best prepare you academically for college applications! Of course, every student (and every counselor!) is different, so please work well with your counselor to get the best results for you.

Next week, my guest blogger and colleague, Andy (you’ve seen him discuss the AP’s before!) will start the discussion on intangible aspects of the application process, which compose of the Letters of Recommendation, Activity Summaries, Personal Statements and School Supplemental Essays.

Andy will be starting us off with tips for Letters of Recommendations, so do stay tuned and don’t miss me too much (and if you are a rising senior and I am your counselor…well, I’m sure we will be seeing each other more and more often as we draw closer to the application deadline! If you haven’t gotten your Letters of Recommendation by the time the next blog post is out, you know you’ll get an earful from me? 😛 )
